The Science Park needs help

Most residents will know that there is an important conservation area on the Science Park, indeed many may have been on one of the guided tours. What you may not knoww is that there are two fish ponds, and the liners of these are being progressively destroyed by dogs’ claws. Yes, even when dogs are on leads, their claws still do damage if they’re allowed into the ponds.

The Park’s facilities manager, Peter Downes (click for e-mail address), has asked the Parish Council to see what it can do to get the message out and so reduce the damage being done.

If you walk your dog near the ponds, the please be mindful of this post. If you see anyone who looks unaware of it, then do please politely enlighten them.
