Two New Classes in January

January sees two new classes starting at Chilworth Hall, nicely timed for those New Year ‘fitness’ resolutions.

Starting on Tuesday, 7th, Sarah Rowley is bringing Zumba back to the Hall. It’s not too late to sign up. For more details just follow the link.

Later in the month, something new… Men’s Yoga with Enrico.  Yes we already have some excellent Yoga classes and, yes, some of them cater for men, but this one is exclusive so if that appeals to you then now’s your chance. Follow the link for more details.
