The Chilworth Hall Management Committee is holding a table top sale at the Hall on Sunday 12th May (10:00 -13.30).The objective is to raise funds for the Hall Restoration project. There will be a charge of just £10 per table for sellers and no entrance fee for buyers. Refreshments will be on sale and there will also be a raffle. To book a table to sell what you like (see exclusions below) and keep all the proceeds then please send an e-mail to Donna Jones, the Hall’s Bookings Secretary.
The Committee would be most grateful for any offers of items for the raffle or tombola stall. These need not necessarily be tangible items: donations of a free trial session with your club or group would generate a lot of interest.
Whether or not you have anything to sell, do come along and see what’s happening… the more the merrier![Exclusions from sale: No electrical goods, gardening tools, paint, heavy furniture or any items that could in any way be considered dangerous.]
