Parish Council vacancy

A vacancy has arisen on Chilworth Parish Council. An election will be held if ten or more residents request that there be one, otherwise the Returning Officer at TVBC will authorise the position to be filled by co-option.  For more details see the notice which has been posted in the usual places, the PDF version of which may be seen here.

Residents wishing to put themselves forward as potential parish councillors should advise Donna Jones, the clerk to the council by e-mail, and consider giving notice in writing to the Returning Officer as detailed in the notice.

All traffic management for full overnight carriageway and/or slip road closures will usually be rolled out from 9pm and taken off by 6am.

Planned closures for this week are: Continue reading
