Beginners Yoga course

Starting on Thursday, 21st February, Chi Yoga Southampton is starting a six-week Yoga course for beginners (women and men) at Chilworth Hall.  Each weekly session start at 5.45pm and lasts for one hour.  Chi Yoga Southampton is run by Dr Jackie Cheng, a practising GP who is also a qualified Yoga teacher.  E-mail her for more details, or check out the Chi Yoga website.

Temporary Hall closure

The Hall’s management is engaging Brazier Interiors to carry out the latest refurbishment works.  No new bookings are being taken for the period 8th-19th April. The current regular hirers have been informed and they will communicate with their clients and customers.  Some are accepting a little bit of disruption and are able to soldier on.  If you are a class member and have heard nothing, please check with your class organiser.
