Annual Parish Assembly

This month’s Parish Council meeting starts at 8pm on Thursday, 11th May at Chilworth Hall and takes the form of the Annual Parish Assembly, to which all Chilworth Residents are cordially invited.  Hear the reports of your local councillors at county, borough and parish level, and participate in the Open Forum which is intended as an opportunity for you to have your say on local issues.  The full agenda is here.

There’s now less than a week to go before we show A United Kingdom, a romantic true story, on Sunday, 23rd April. SBB at the Hall

Many thanks to all those who turned out to support live music at the Hall on Saturday evening. Everyone seemed to have a great time listening to the Salisbury Big Band’s repertoire of hits from the Glenn Miller era. The excellent 17-piece band was supported by Ellen-Marie, a singer whose range stretched all the way from the Andrews Sisters to Eartha Kitt via Dame Vera Lynn.  Continue reading
