Iyengar is a form of Hatha Yoga named after and developed by B. K. S. Iyengar. Practise focuses on bringing alignment to the body with the use of props such as bricks, blocks and belts. These Monday morning classes will be entirely suitable for beginners, with the first one taking place on 7th November at 9.15am.
