Why not give yourself a real treat on Saturday, 23rd January?
Developed and run over several years by Chilworth resident Jon Athawes (a former FTSE Top 20 group brand director) The Real Me is a self-build guide to the happy and authentic life you want. What makes me ‘me’? How do I want my future to be? And how can I get there?
This small group workshop offers a helpful framework, supportive environment, and tangible output – and definitely no forced sharing! It’s suitable for all adults, particularly those contemplating a new stage of life.
A few tickets are still available for The Real Me in central Winchester from 2-5pm this Saturday, 23 January. For more details, please email Jon.
What previous participants have said about The Real Me:
“I loved the workshop Jon led. It was very thought provoking and I’ve come away with a lot to think about and put into practice with my hopes and plans for my future.” Rachel M, Somerset
“An extremely thought provoking workshop which cut to the quick and distilled my rather wishy-washy ideas into a fairly precise and concrete view of my future. Having said that, the pace and delivery was gentle and personal, with well timed personal thinking space and a sensitive attitude to sharing amongst the group. Jon is a genuinely interested and interesting person who is a superb enabler.” Clare W, Wolverhampton
“I found ‘The Real Me’ to be a welcome opportunity to clarify thoughts and understand myself from several different perspectives. Sensitively led, without any pressure to perform, we were thoughtfully taken through the process and then encouraged to draw our own conclusions and understandings.” Clive M, London
“Jon radiates a warm, understated yet skilled approach. Never intrusive and always inclusive, he creates a safe place in which to build up the ‘House of Me’. This leads us on to envisage the life we want and what to stop, start or continue. Using this guided process, I now have more clarification about who I really am, what makes me tick and how I might change things to live more as The Real Me.” Sue McC, Dorset
“Jon’s relaxed and engaging manner conceals a real depth of knowledge and understanding of his subject matter. He made it very accessible, fresh and enjoyable.” Simon G, Lancashire
“The Real Me offered me a great chance to step back and take a look at what’s going on in my life. Under Jon’s patient, kind and good-humoured guidance, I was able to achieve a greater sense of who I am. In particular, I was astounded by the accuracy of my character strengths that the workshops revealed. I wish I’d known about these years ago when looking for a career” Julie R, London
