Beginners Yoga course

Starting on Thursday, 21st February, Chi Yoga Southampton is starting a six-week Yoga course for beginners (women and men) at Chilworth Hall.  Each weekly session start at 5.45pm and lasts for one hour.  Chi Yoga Southampton is run by Dr Jackie Cheng, a practising GP who is also a qualified Yoga teacher.  E-mail her for more details, or check out the Chi Yoga website.
