In February, Chi Yoga Southampton started its first course for beginners at Chilworth Hall. It was a great success, introducing twelve people to yoga. Following on from that, there will soon be a new six-week yoga course for both women and men, called Beginners & Beyond . It will start on Thursday 9th May (with no class on 30th May). Each weekly session starts at 5:45pm and lasts for one hour.
The course is designed to extend your yoga journey whether you are a complete beginner or have some previous yoga experience. It will introduce new postures, sequences, breathing and meditation techniques, and also a little introduction to differing styles of yoga including Yin Yoga
